Arwen came from the heart of the Abiding Boneyard. Her parents were from entirely separate clans, and even though she was plagueborn, even though her eyes pulsed with a crimson glow, her blood was filled with light and fire. She was destined for greatness.

She fled the Scarred Wasteland. As she left, she realized just how choking the scent of decay could be. Just how horrible the breath of dying dragons could be. She made her way south, and eventually into the breeze kissed lands of the Windswept Plateau. The air seemed to wash away the taint of disease.

She fell in love with Altair, all his quirks and the way he commanded respect from the fellow dragons.
