About Brightsky: He is a kind King, though is known to have a temper. His main focus when running the kingdom is it's prosperity. He prefers not to deal with the small squabbles within the community and leaves those matters for Skyblossom.

The Oasis was created by Brightsky and Cloudburst. They met by chance on the road when they left their respective clans. They began talking and sharing their ideals, finding they have much in common and shared the same thoughts. As they began talking about forming a "perfect community" where dragons of all species could live in peace and prosper more than any other clan, they searched far and wide for the ideal spot. Then they came across a secluded spot within the Viridian Labyrinth. On top of a hill lie an abandoned society. The buildings were made of marble, and dens were also scattered on the hill. This hill was very well hidden by tall trees with thick vines hanging off the branches. Once they found the perfect spot, they travelled around some more, recruiting dragons bit by bit. Eventually The Oasis became a popular topic and the word spread about this "mysterious paradise." It was talked about to the point that it was forbidden to talk about In public as it implied disloyalty to the reigning God and their clan.

Brightsky met Skyblossom in the Windswept Plateau when he was first recruiting dragons to join The Oasis. He was entranced by her beauty, but The Oasis came before personal feelings. As he spoke to her, he found that he has taken an interest in her. He never felt love before, so when he fell in love with Skyblossom, he fell hard. He asked her to join him as his Queen, to which she accepted. With that, Brightsky, Skyblossom, and Cloudburst became the first Council members of The Oasis.
