Azatoth

Azatoth was born in Plague lands during a reconnaissance mission part of the clan undertook. During their stay there, he was injured in a freak accident. Or so they say. He hardly remembers anything of the event apart from a flash of white and grays. They say it was a hatchling, but he doesn't know why he would ever attempt to attack a hatchling.

Now he believes himself to be a prince and spends time commanding around others in the lair. They let him believe as he wishes, hoping that one day he will regain his senses and remember his true self. Until then the others chuckle when he commands them and make fake bows.

His best friend, Misery, seems to have taken to him quite a bit. Azatoth felt sorry for the pale Coatl and instantly promoted Misery to his personal assistant. Bewildered the other Coatl accepted and slowly thawed to his surroundings, in part thanks to Azatoth's willful but ultimately harmless personality.

Sometimes Azatoth dreams of being attacked by the Shade. He doesn't know what sparks the dreams, but whenever they come he wakes in shivers.
