Set

Set stared down at the ground from his high perch atop a mountain, watching the busy dragons below. He enjoyed watching his subjects below, going about there life without paying much attention to the God above. Since Set's life wasn't amazingly interesting, he liked to spend his time watching the slightly more interesting members of Sornieth. He began fiddling with his jewelry, smiling. At times he was happy that he was born into a life of wealth and omnipotence, but sometimes it was just lonely, despite his lovely wife Bastet. She was his love and made his life interesting, not some boring non-stop festivities and politeness. Constant parties was nice for a while, but no longer. "Set, would you like to go flying?" a sweet, warm voice asked him. Without looking, he knew it was Bastet. "Of course, my sweet." He said, tuning around and taking her hand. He began to flap his wings and lifted into the sky, letting go of Bastet's hand so she could follow him. The time they took together to go flying always made him smile, not only for the fact that he was with the dragon he loved, but because he got to see the vast landscape and beautiful sky that surrounded them. He laughed quietly and slowed down a little so he could fly next to Bastet. She laughed as well, and grabbed his hand as he did earlier. After a few more minutes, Set turned around with Bastet and began to lead her back home.
