Biography

Kwami used to idolize his father and has been searching for his place in the world for his entire life. He prefers to be called by his childhood nickname, Chat, but insists on keeping the name Kwami officially as an homage to his twin brother, Kwami, who left to serve the Flamecaller. He dearly misses his brother, and he regrets the way the two dragons drifted since being hatchlings.

Despite this nostalgic longing for a family, Chat is uninvolved with the raising of his own children, preferring to leave the parenting to those dragons which enjoy the company of hatchlings.

Chat is rather withdrawn and mostly keeps to himself. He has never turned down a task Gavin or his parents have asked of him, and it is recognized that despite his silence and lack of camaraderie with his clanmates, he would still do anything for them
