Biography

Sheltered in the magic lying in arcane sorcery... That was all Cherry had remembered from the days of her youth besides the frequency of her days spent lurking in the shadows of her eldest brother, Shadow. Upon the day of her hatching, the family she was raised in placed a great expectation towards the destinies and goals her life would grant. Shadow had become one of the greatest mages to ever traverse the land, with an unbound potential brimming from the tips of his claws. Admiration easily failed in painting the image the young Coatl held for her older brother. Cool, collected and fast reactions on the fly what wasn’t there to love and admire? Her days were usually not only spent in the companionship of her sibling but also her mother’s. Commonly confiding in how she wished of a future where she could stand by her brother. ‘We have the literature for you to educate yourself on the arts Cherry.’ Her mother would advise her on occasion and occasion again but the response was more standard than the rise and fall of the sun. What could even be done for her to stand next to her brother? Years passed, Shadow was in the prime of his adulthood and Cherry was nearing the eighteenth anniversary of her hatching. Upon her new growth, whilst Cherry held the same admiration it failed to come even close to what burned in her as a hatchling. It had not been until she eventually located one piece of literary refinement that her answer would finally be revealed.
For it was not the path of the common witch, sorceress or mage that enticed her... It was alchemy! The gathering of each piece of a recipe creating unknown conjunctions before her eyes, it a lit a fire in her heart even Shadow himself would lightly smile and bring him back to reminiscing about the dawn of his training days in the dark arts. From the simplicity of bats wings crossed with yeti ashes, her repertoire expanded to when Cherry no longer was regarded as but the younger sister of the greatest mage to walk the land. But Cherry the alchemist, the almighty partner of Shadow behind the enchantments of the weapons sung till the sun begins its rise from the night sky again and again.
