Inflexible, determined, extremely lawful. When Cerulean focuses on something he's a man on a mission, and nothing can stop him. He dedicated his life to pursuing the dream of becoming a guard and excelling in his job. He's best skilled on throw knives but also knows how to use different weapons and combat styles.

Best of his class at the Academy of Guards and best of the interrogation master, he never failed a mission... until Schatzmeister hired him to capture Nathan and retrieve from him the treasure that he stole. If somebody could capture the famous thief of the Plague, that would be Cerulean... unfortunately, Nathan proves to be more unbearable and obnoxious than expected.

TRIVIA
  • He never really relied on his antennae when he was still at the Academy of Guards, often getting only waves of other's emotions but without focusing on them or having learned to recognize them. He starts to use them more only to find out if one is lying during an interrogation.
  • Nathan can easily fool Ceruealn's ability to feel the truth with his antennae because he believes so much in his own lies, that he feels them like they're the truth.
  • After spending much time at the Aergate Temple Kodoku teaches him how to fully feel and recognize emotions through his antennae. This proves to be both a blessing and a curse for Cerulean.
