If someone could not sleep well last night, then one of the reasons might be Fendule. He is the infamous prankster in the lair, playing tricks on others' dreams whenever he is in the mood. Who will be that night's target utterly depends on his whim, regardless of species. It can be dragon, human, or any other animals. Who will be tonight's victim?
Fendule thinks that he leads a jolliest life in the world, and is quite proud of it. He is curious of everything new, and he himself likes tricks and magics. During festivals or in a day like Halloween, Fendule changes into the shape of human and blends in the crowd enjoying the event. In the lair, he seldom shows hostility to others, and avoid playing really bad tricks. His pranks are always hard to be considered offensive, so other members of the lair just let him off.
When Fendule changes into the form of human, he becomes a boy with blood-red eyes and jet-black hair. He always has an innocent -sometimes cruel, when he is about to start a prank- smile, but beware of his intention, which nobody can predict, maybe even himself. Although it is a human shape, he has fox ears propped out on his head. He is aware of them, too, but he has no thought of trying to hide or making them disappear. That is why he do not visit human society unless it is pitch dark or during some kind of carnival. When there is a festival, he likes wearing a white fox mask with a small animal puppet in his one hand.
His ability trait is Dream Invasion, which enables him to interfere in other creatures' dream. It can be applied to regardless of species, and the only condition required is the target's sleep. While using the ability, he can change his shape into anything anytime inside the target's dream. This is one of the biggest reasons he is fond of his ability very much. Due to his usual naive personality and innate joyfulness, he does not try to use his ability in bad ways in usual occasions. However, it is also true that there is clever and shrewd side in him, so he demonstrates his ability without hesitation when in need. In this case, the adversary will be witnessing the heartlessness of a child.
To everyone's surprise, Fendule has a quite close relationship with CieL. Many think that these two have completely opposite personalities, but the fact might be the reason they are being good friends. Fendule is the one who usually talks, jokes, teases, plays tricks, and CieL almost always ignores or neglects him while showing a reaction once in a blue moon. But CieL never seriously gets angry at him, and that is because he knows that these do not come from an evil nature. Or maybe it is just that he likes magics and tricks Fendule shows him. Who knows?
