______ Saying that Mercury's rather lazy demeanor reflects his athletic ability would be a lie. The fighting Spiral is perpetually full of energy, willing to challenge anyone at the drop of a hat. Though rather laid-back most of the time, Mercury also acknowledges his rare athletic talent. Therefore, he always tries to beat everone when it comes an athletic challenge. And he usually wins.

______ In terms of personally, Mercury is laid-back, though not at all quiet. He's almost the polar opposite of Tourmaline- only works when he needs to, as well as super extraverted and talkative. And yet, Tourmaline tolerates him well, though for every word that the skydancer mage utters, the spiral can say five hundred. However, Tangelo isn't often as quick to make conversation with his coliseum teammate- majority of the words directed at Mercury are just battle strategies. Mercury loves scaring others, often spooking him with his lightning abilities.
