Mate: Ginessa
Best Friend: Miron Darkest

The trickery and subterfuge of the Shadow flight shines through even in the youngest dragons. Recruited as a hatchling, Murdoc charmed and lied his way into Miron's good graces. He plays the role of quiet subordinate well, but whispers suggestions and encouragements to shape the clan as he sees fit...

Murdoc's favorite place to be is the Auction House. This is where he does his most noticable work in shaping the clan into his vision of "superior". Miron wants the hamlet to be a safe haven for ANYONE who wants to serve the Shadowbinder - Murdoc wants the Shadowbinder's servants to be the best of the best. He looks for "thylacine gals" for the Inn, the magically inclined for the temple, and experienced adventurers for the guild, blacksmith, and coliseum trainers. Murdoc is incredibly picky. He demands skill and dedication in his recruits and has no qualms with chasing dragons out if they have nothing to offer.

Generally, he presents himself as a quiet and charming individual. Others seem drawn to him and his honeyed words. Murdoc goes to great lengths to maintain his social appearances, tolerating dragons that he despises if they benefit the hamlet to his satisfaction. If you need him, you can usually find him in the Auction House or the Inn, chatting with the girls and the patrons.

To be truthful...Murdoc has nearly forgotten who he really is. As a person, as an individual. He knows what he wants, but doesn't necessarily know what he is. He's been pretending for so long that it's hard to remember what is and isn't a lie. His people pleasing is purely selfish, make no mistake about that, but it hurts him as much as it helps the hamlet. that's why he fell in love with Ginessa. She encouraged him to talk about himself, and takes him out to do things for fun during her time off. But without Ginessa accompanying him, he rarely takes time for himself.
