He came from poisoned swampland. Because Bloodstone lived there his entire childhood he became venomous himself. That makes him a feared fighter. If he's fighting he fights with claws and teeth trying to poison his enemy.
The only thing he's kinda sad about is that he can't share his food with others.

Bloodstone has been with the clan the longest, being one of the founders together with his past mate, Ametrine. They parted ways when after an argument Bloodstone took a part of the clan and left the Shadow territories to seek a new start under the wing of the Lightweaver.

He keeps distance from his clanmates and hides his loneliness behind a stoic facade, a firm believer that a good leader should be an inspiring image of power and support. His own personal lair is at a small distance from the others, so he can have his space.

1SbkH82.png He keeps a collection of gemstones, the namesakes of the members of his clan, and tends to a small batch of tiny amphitheres as familiars. Most serpentine creatures quickly take a liking to them, and he is surprisingly good at tending to small, delicate animals for normally clumsy and bulky Guardians.

Bloodstone still hasn't found his charge, and has resigned himself to treating all oh his subjects with the same care. Jasper is the closest he has to a mate, even though he stubbornly refuses to have the young Fae be "tied down" to a grumpy old dragon like him.
She doesn't mind - it is useless to argue with him anyway - and enjoys her freedom as much as she enjoys her time with him.
