Biography
The bracelet holds the enchantment that prevents Spectre from using magic/wandering too far from him. Spectre is also completely invisible to everyone born after Never placed the spell on him (to avoid awkward conversations about why they are never seen apart and all that), since he wasn't expecting actually meet any dragons that were older than he was. Only Ace, Cercei, Never, Alithea ('sister' ghost with an even worse backstory I have yet to come up with), Raven, Conquest, War, Famine, and Death can see him. Comet can see him too, but that's because of his awesome primal eyes (which don't allow Tequila to see him, since her eyes give her a different power)
