Discover & Teach Waiting Just Above The Clouds Barda was born as free as the sky he resembles. He felt at a young age the stirring to fly and never land so he wasted no time in pursuing what he felt himself destined for. Over time he became a bit of a fanciful tale: the Fae made of sky. Alongside his familiar, whose flight beside him painted the sky like a rainbow, he quickly became popular and used that popularity to aid in his quests. Previously he kept no ties: to the land or a clan. Barda's only constant companion being his familiar, until he met Anwyl. Never in all of his travels did Barda ever feel he was searching for something concrete. Surely for knowledge and stories and adventure, of course, that was a given. Yet Anwyl was something solid and full of life and Barda felt like free falling beside him always. When they would part, Barda found himself landing more often, simply to compare the bark of the trees to the color of Anwyl's skin or the wings of the bugs he ate to his beloved's. Barda remains forever thankful he did not have to chose between his two great loves and that Anwyl and him had an intimite understanding. With the rising of the Night Papillon clan, Barda found himself working with Anwyl. Mainly he gathers knowledge about weather patterns, migrations of other clans, deliver messages to allied clans, ect. However, his spying has taken a personal turn, upon discovering a mysterious Guardian among the Sphenoid clan, old paranoia take hold. Bringing into question Night Papillon's own mysterious Guardian; Goldensun. If not in the skies he is partial to obtaining knowledge in a vast range of subjects. Some favorites are aerodynamics, poetry, and history. His pursuit of the sky and education have made him a well rounded dragon, allowing him to communicate fairly easily with other types of dragons, and live among them well enough when he desires. Being scholarly, alongside his calm and easy-going nature, makes Barda a dragon that others tend to feel at ease about. It is not uncommon for him to be quizzed about certain topics, or his opinion to be asked. All things that he is happy to indulge in. As he is a nomad, he has no possessions, he relies a lot on his eidetic memory.
