Personality:
Chione is an incredibly friendly dragon, who likes to meet everybody she possibly can, but unfortunately she has a terrible memory so she rarely remembers anybody that she's met. She is very enthusiastic about meeting new friends and so she gets very bouncy and energetic, often coming across as kind of overwhelming due to her energy.

Most of the time, she is spending time with the other ice dragons, having a very close connection to her birth clan. As a tool to help her remember, she writes down the names of other dragons, often adding extra notes as a reminder. Sometimes she will stop halfway through a conversation to check her notes before continuing.

Chione is actually quite awkward, which she tries to cover with enthusiasm in conversation. She often feels self-conscious about her memory, and can get quite down on herself if she cannot remember something that feels on the tip of her tongue. She appreciates other dragons who can understand that she doesn't intend to be so forgetful, and who can gently remind her of things when needed. She is a very sweet dragon, who does her very best to fit in amongst unfamiliar surroundings.
