The Queen

A deathly shadow laid upon a pile of gold and bones. Upon the rattle of a figure approaching, the shadow took form. The dark mist revealed to the approaching dragon, a mirror. The mirror was young but fearsome, having lived through unceasing battles and endless hardship. Her blood red eyes stood against her jet black scales. Her violent gaze pierced through the heart of those that approached her.

Angeline was cast into the world as an orphan, spending her years as a hatchling roaming the scarred wasteland. She survived primarily by hunting what little prey was available and robbing whatever clans she passed by. As she grew older, she became a exceptional killer and a talented thief.

At this point, she was an outlaw to many clans. Many other lone dragons joined her, forming a bandit clan known as the Rot Wolves. They were feared throughout the lands. They were swift, powerful and well coordinated. With her leadership, they brought kingdoms down to their knees.

Her days as a bandit ended after a massive battle between the Rot Wolves and a larger and more powerful bandit clan named The Fever. The Rot Wolves won, but the battle claimed the lives of far too many. Those who survived settled down forming the clan she now rules. She may have stopped roaming, but her reign is not over just yet.
