Created by the great Plaguebringer herself, Izazu is the clan matriarch of Zerfelle. Her clan members address her as Queen Izazu or more commonly the War Lady. She and her mate, Iruto, are the first of the Bloodwing family, a pure royal line that consists of them and their children, along with their children's mates.

Izazu is, for lack of a better term, a brute. She is merciless and picky with the members that join her clan. They either be deemed pure or they get brutally disposed of, unless they are worthy enough to be sent off to the great Plaguebringer. Her claws are forever stained red with the blood of past victims.

Although she seems malicious and evil, Izazu is not necessarily bad. She is incredibly over protective of her children and will only let them become mates with a dragon of royalty, a prince or princess from another clan.

Her clan members approve of her and wouldn't want another Queen and Izazu provides as much care as she can for accepted members, especially ones who live in Bloodbone Palace, a towering castle made of marble, copper, and of course, bones.

Life. An endless cycle of birth and death. Sometimes life is forgiving, other times life is cold hearted and merciless.

Izazu received both scenarios before creating the clan of Zerfelle. The egg she emerged from was brewed in the Wyrmwound, essentially carrying a small part of the great Plaguebringer within her. Although admired and praised for this aspect, this meant she had no family, and her egg was abandoned within the Abiding Boneyard, lying hidden and dormant until the time was just right.

Eventually, acceptable conditions met and the bright green, shining orb cracked open, revealing a basic Mirror hatchling.

The wasteland has altered her appearance drastically, and she no longer bears a resemblance to the once innocent, marking less hatchling who knew nothing about what was going on around her.

She's dead now.
