Narquelion was born into a Fire lair to parents of Ice and Light. He took after his mother, a Light imperial, and joined the Lokenossë when he was not quite mature as a swap of talent (in exchange for a purple nocturne whom he never met).

Like his mate, Rámullië, Narquelion’s tasks within the clan involve monitoring some of the territory’s wildlife. He leads the group which deals with the nocturnal animals and plants. He thus spends many of his nights outside the lair, wandering through the territory, watching carefully for what things he can note. Due to his being an imperial, he leaves the checking of forest wildlife to his smaller peers and largely keeps his attention on the less wooded areas around the lake.

His caiman, Cerise, sometimes accompanies him on these expeditions. She was only a fat, fearful, hatchling when he took her in, but now she is grown and strong and sleek. She is yet skittish and shy, however, and keeps her distance from any whom she does not see very often.
For unclear reasons, she is particularly uncomfortable around sugarstalkers. Unfortunate, as they are quite fond of Narquelion.
