Biography

They just turned up one day. A rowdy bunch, dazzling in a way that made them rather hard to look at without going cross-eyed. Fur and scale were pitch as black, yet smeared and smattered and swirled in elegant traces of a white so pristine it nearly glowed – and each an effect that were as confusing to track as a roaring stampede of rambra. Aye, it graced the lot of them. They moved as one, never straying far from the other, and always watching each other's back. They were welcomed as warmly as any other home-seeker on these lands, and yet they were still to completely… pull the weight they agreed to pull, really.

Orion thinks himself the most intelligent being around, and the rest of you are utter codswallop.

He is a whiz at numbers and rapid calculation, able to perform extensive equations at quite the speed, and has a right knack for research to boot. His skills at civil conversation, however, are severely lacking. Orion can think himself so above you that he'll start spilling snide remarks and not even expect you to notice – it would never cross his mind. Why, how could you, you were barely even following him as it is!

He considers himself a smooth, slick fellow, handsome and charming and all. While handsome maybe, he's severely short in the charm department. Better leave that to Blackbird, mate.

Orion often makes his support to the gang through calculation and intelligence gathering, confirming whether or not any of Blackbird's ideas will be as beneficial as can be or not even worth their time. His input is greatly respected by his companions and heavily taken into account. Rare is the day that any three make loud objections to Orion's final remark.

He wouldn't admit it, but he really enjoys the company of the silly and extremely yappy familiar he's been given to care for. It's a kind of stupidity he can't help but appreciate. Makes him feel twice as smart as he knows he is.
