Wandering for days with dwindling supplies, Gesin and Chi landed near a large tree and rested against the base of it. He muttered to himself as he wrote down his day's travel in his journal. Sighing at what little there was to actually write he looked up to the sky as dusk turned to night. "When will my restless spirit be calmed...."

Gesin's family was all but wiped out by a very deadly sickness. Only his father, one of his older sisters, and himself were untouched by this sickness. Sadly the rest of his family was not as lucky. What was left of his family spent many months out on the Sea of a Thousand Currents on his father's ship. Spending that much time at sea made him think about his life and where it was going. After joining a clan located on the coast of Shadow clan territory Gesin got even more restless than he was at sea and began to think about traveling the known world. His plans however, were put on delay when a lovely Imperial by the name of Pren came home with the hunters of the clan.
