Highly ranked and highly respected, Avacanev is a reliable figure in the Red City's healer' s guild. It's unfortunate, then, that his love for the City has been dwindling since his apprentice and lover fled to the exile coven to care for the witches and trappers there. He has tried to speak out about the City's law a handful of times, to great resistance; mostly, the ban on sacrifices and trapping serves it's purpose.
Lonely and disenfranchised, Avacanev continues to weave his spells for the City, but aside from a few tenuous threads of friendship, his ties to the City are thinning.
A hub of trade, industry, and safety. Their gates are open for all who have had too much of blood, and their knowledge of medicine is unequalled. Generous and kind, any who seek refuge may find it here. The only law is to do no harm, and elegant guards ensure that all troublemakers are escorted, permanently, from the city.
