Guarding the back air-entry to the clan's keep.
Befriended the water pixies who'd made the falls their home for ages. They brought her an ancient witch's hat imbued with powers that Talua is still figuring out. The bamboo glamour/growth began to appear once she stopped trying to eat the pixies. They seem to help it grow.
