Biography
Myscelia is Professor of Art & Design, a subject renowned for the lack of any kind of grading- art is deemed highly personal so there are no exams or grading because their artistic vision is not something that can be objectively judged. It's a popular subject, but hatchlings taking it intending to slack off are taken aside by fiercer members of the Arts faculty and usually swiftly leave the programme for something they feel more passionate about.
Myscelia is charming, but also extra af. Her familiar's job is to throw her flowerfall petals.
Wintermane Bowman- fired after too many incidents of "efficiently throwing flower petals" by stabbing an arrow through a flower and firing that. Although the flower did somewhat blunt the arrowhead, thus reducing lethality, stray arrows everywhere were still deemed to be too great a health and safety risk.
Enamoured swan- Fired for getting in between Myscelia and her mirror too often. Also, more in love with own reflection than Myscelia, which is frankly unacceptable.
Lilium Floron- With the combination of cat dander and flower pollen, the Lilium Floron was simply too much of an allergen to be kept on.
Goldfin River Flight- Myscelia was expecting something a bit more glamorous than what's ultimately just a weasel with yellow fins.
Magpie Sphinx- It's hard to get dressed up in all your gorgeous jewellery if your familiar keeps stealing it and then insisting on you answering riddles before they'll give them back. On the bright side, Myscelia is now very good at riddles.
Mesacliff Assassin- Myscelia has an unfortunate habit of talking in hyperbole. Her mesacliff assassin familiar had an equally unfortunate tendency to take everything literally. Cleopatra decided this pairing needed splitting up after something... Unfortunate... happened when Myscelia said she "could just murder whoever decided this staff meeting should happen in the morning".
