Biography

Ivory
The Curious Alchemist
Glass Beaker
Primary Alchemist Tools
Unstable Serthis Concoction
Sentient Alloy
Ivory was always a very curious dragon. That also led him to be the one that got in trouble the most often. But curiosity can have it's rewards. He is a successful alchemist that has discovered a great many things alongside Baldwin. He had a happy life, with a wife and their newborn the world was a bright place for him and his family. But being curious also led to a tragic event that would change his life forever.

Only a few days after she had given birth to their only daughter, his wife came to visit him in his lab along with their child. Ivory had no idea they were coming because it was supposed to be a surprise. If he would have known he could have stopped them from coming and they might still be alive today. He was in the middle of a very dangerous experiment. When his wife called his name he got startled and dropped the vial he was holding into the brewing pot in front of him. This accident created an extremely toxic gas that filled his small lab. His wife was still weakened from giving birth only a few days and dropped to the ground still clutching their baby in her arms. Both of their lives were quickly extinguished. Ivory only survived because he had his gas mask on him.

The toxic gas still managed to affect him though. He is partially blind in both eyes and tends to have somewhat violent coughing fits from time to time. After the accident he quit being an alchemist. His curious nature was still bright within him but his passion for science is gone along with his wife and child. He has decided that he wants to travel and see the world with what life he has left in him. His child and wife will never get to see the world but he still can.

If we knew what it was we were doing, it would not be called research, would it?
