Despite his wishes, Giacomo is relegated to a quiet life. This is not due to any punishment or lack of favor, but is the result of a condition that has weakened his heart. While he would love to join his clanmates in raids and battles, Lacrimosa has forbidden it out of fear that doing so would put his health at even greater risk.

Instead, he spends his time poring over maps and sketching out battle plans for the clan's future endeavors. For the most part he is content in this somewhat limited lifestyle, knowing that the Matriarch is merely looking out for a beloved member of her clan.

Lacrimosa does her best to provide him with interesting endeavors to keep him occupied, but he is sometimes bothered by a sense of wanderlust. When he is particularly downtrodden, Yuki and Luna will spirit him away to neighboring territories (the Sundial Terrace is his favorite) for a quick jaunt.



Giacomo is named for and modeled after my cat, adopted in 2010.
