The world holds endless wonders, and Julien is constantly compelled to capture them on canvas. There's always a brush tucked behind his ear, and you can be sure the rest of his painting supplies are not much further away (usually stashed in his voluminous scarf).

Julien's artistic talent does not go unnoticed within the clan, and many enjoy watching him work. He delights in gifting his paintings to others, and sometimes even sells the occasional piece to appreciative travelers.

When not painting, Julien reads. A lot. He one day hopes to know enough to be able to call himself a philosopher, but for now he is content with being a studious librarian - a position that didn't quite exist prior to his arrival. The clan's considerable supply of books seemed scattered across the territory, with no record of who kept which tome and where they were located. Someone had to bring order to the chaos, and Julien was just the dragon to do so.

Besides art and books, Julien greatly enjoys music. He's made fast friends with Florens, and Prana, who is teaching him how to fashion instruments.
