Best Friend: Honor
Charge: His conduit.

Aegaeon was born to the infamous Aumetra, a mighty witch whom held the wrath of the ocean in every curl of her silver tongue. Her wicked ways failed to pass to her son, however. The warmhearted humility of Aegaeon's father - whom was devoted to Aumetra and only one of her many concubines - was what was held responsible for raising Aegaeon, and thus his personality persevered. Though the guardian carries his mother's vibrant coloration and powerful presence, he is a gentle beast whom harbors a deep love for vivid life and a great disdain for his matriarchal heritage. He becomes agitated when told he is reminiscent of his mother.

Aegaeon struggles greatly in deciding what he wants to do with his own future. Though he avoids his mother's chosen path like the plague, it haunts him in every waking moment, reminding him of his bloodline and adept skill with magic. He stubbornly pursues a warrior lifestyle in an attempt to reject his calling. The strict training has a heavy toll on him, and he frequently questions his own decisions and meaning of existence.

Such concerns aside, however, Aegaeon is an admirable warrior with a powerful stubborn streak and endurance to match it. Though he may not be as skilled as Adranos or Speck, he always gets back up after being knocked down, and never stops until he knows everyone around him is safe.

He is the youngest of the elemental representatives, having been fresh out of his apprenticeship and just entering knighthood when he was chosen. Though he regrets not being able to fight alongside his fellow trainees, he works to be the best representative of his element and assist them from afar, as a council member. Because he has a history as a warrior, he is considered a fighter in-reserve should the need arise.
