Sherena

From a childhood in a tree in the middle of the Gladevines, Sherena was sent here as a favour from her clan's leader to this one. She's always felt... Removed from everyone else here. Although this clan is a motley assortment of dragons from all over, she could never seem to get close to anyone save her mate, Sormus.
She'd been told she'd be sent about a week before she came, and given a name, and cared for, and then suddenly found herself out to the Southern Icefields, waiting for two fae to come pick her up. With nowhere to go, she sat there for hours, staring up into the snowy sky. The fae who brought her to their lair were oddly isolated from anyone else, and they didn't seem to want to socialise much, compounding Sherena's fear of being in a new place with lack of companionship. So she formed her personality on their icy indifference towards her, imitating it and hardening her exterior so as to never show how hurt she was that her new clanmates would never talk to her. Every day she got up and watched the snow fall outside the lair, finally found the motivation to go outside, and brought back some food for herself. She was practically on her own, until that stupid Spiral came.
When Solixnaire arrived, Sherena removed herself even further. She seemed to get along with their Fae clanmates just fine, and as more and more began to come to their clan, they looked to her for guidance, not the one who had been there longer, not Sherena.
That's why when she announced they were moving to the Ashfall Wastes, Sherena pushed back the hardest. She didn't want that Spiral to win, she who hadn't gotten here first, she who had gotten everything she wanted. Her resistance to the move was pointless.
To the Ashfall Waste they moved, Sherena bitter all the way. Her anger was at its peak when she saw a fiery bird fly out of a volcano, its smoky wings covered in embers. It didn't help that it began to follow her, although she's grown fond of it since.
When they arrived at their new home Sherena immediately made herself busy outside the lair, so she wouldn't have to deal with her clanmates. She took to the sky and began to patrol.
