25316.png 		Bissextus has a very high opinion of his own intelligence and skill. He's constantly conducting experiments to answer any random questions that pop up into his head. His end goal is to create life, but so far he hasn't been able to come close. To other scientists, he can come off as eccentric and dangerous. He doesn't follow most scientific rules or seem to care about the concept of 'informed consent' when he is doing experiments on others.

Despite the fact that he hasn't been able to complete his magnum opus and create life, Bissextus still regards himself as one of the smartest people in Sornieth. Despite his dozens of failed attempts, Bissextus firmly believes that he can and will create artificial intelligence and will gain the respect he deserves.

 		Bissextus came to Sylvhurst when he was fairly young. According to the story he told Azraea and Arguim, he was looking for a place to conduct his experiments and had simply gotten bored of the clan he had been residing in previously. In reality, Bissextus was practically ran out of his past clan with pitchforks after he had been discovered fiddling with dead bodies.

Shortly after settling in, Bissextus attempted to continue with his experiments and ran into Reaper as he headed off to go grave robbing. Luckily for him, she didn't immediately attack him and simply stared at him until he slunk off and got the message. After this, however, rumors of the types of experiments he was planning swept through Sylvhurst and he had a surprise visit from Lady Iravat.

He quickly agreed to not fiddle with dead bodies and to conduct his experiments with a bit more tact. After this, Bissextus turned his attention from the concept of 'reanimation' to 'artifical intelligence' and the concept of creating life from scratch.

Enemies
Despite the fact that they are both scientists, Fuse and Bissextus hold nothing but disdain for one another. Bissextus finds Fuse's experiments and strict adherence to scientific principle to be unimaginative and boring. Fuse, on the other hand, thinks that Bissextus' experiments and complete disregard for informed consent make him more of a madman than a scientist.
