Sartra ended up being the disappointment of the family, at least in her mother's eyes. With a deformed horn she refuses to do anything about accompanied by a lack of ambition and any notable talent, Goneril was quick to discard her in favour of her sisters. Still ever her mother's daughter, Sartra was quick to make a big show about brushing off the rejection like it was a speck of dirt on her shimmering shoulder and making her dramatic exit. She'd make her own luck if she had to.
Jack of many trades, master of none, Sartra fast talks her way through life, always looking at it from behind a mask, a quick lie, a disguise. Wherever there is dragons to swindle, she'll be there, trying to sell her authentic Cranial Hornhelm, a heirloom she sadly has to part with for a pittance, because her family is in dire financial straits, or these unused, completely not-cursed Canopic Jars (Bury your dead relatives in style!). Years of pretending to be someone else has left her more comfortable in character than out of it. Sartra prefers to assume a false identity even when she's not on a con, mostly out of a habit, but also out of always trying to be just the person the others want her to be. Why be yourself, when there's always a character that's going to be much better liked than you could ever be?
