Khan

Khan was so loved by his clan that Tempestas lavished all his treasure upon the relatively young spiral. His beauty was extraordinary, only to be compared with his brother in a neighboring clan, Sean. He was given silks and jewels, more than he ever wanted and expected. Often times, at night, the clan would tell the story of how he was bought from the auction house with many honorable exalts to the Lightmother for funds to buy him. This was bitter however, for the others missed their fellow clan mates and did not believe in the Lightmother at the time. Indeed, some of them were being auctioned themselves to recover from the financial crash. And so more farewells were said, more tears wept, for the sake of one pretty jewel in the dirt.

Kahn, of course, was impervious to all the drama going around. He was in the process of being educated by Tempestas. He eagerly dived into his studies which were Latin, Greek, Mathematics, Writing, Public Speaking, Philosophy, the Lore books, and even more. He learned War Tactics, and received a great amount of physical training, as well as going into the Coliseum every other day.

Eventually, he had friends, companions, and a loyal Hainu named Fidelis (loyal in Latin) to keep him company. Occasionally he would go visit his brother, Sean. Yes, he was happy.
