Prince
The one without eyes is doomed to lead.

Born on February 29th, to Amelia and Zavier, Prince was a beauty from the moment he hatched.

He was born blind, unlike his father who became blinded by the ice. It is rumored that his blindness came from being in the egg too long, as his egg sat on the nest for a few weeks until February 29th.

But the clan seer, consulting the book of prophecies, declared that he was to be named Prince, and made the ruler of this clan. For his coloring was twice royal, and he lacked the eyes that matched his elemental allegiance.

In the celebrations, a small creature from the Tangled Wood arrived, an emissary of sorts. This "Gloomwillow Guide" fell in love with Prince from the moment they met, and decided to become his eyes.

Now, Prince rules the Clan of Librarians kindly and fairly, for he is unable to see species or element. As long as a dragon loves books, they are always welcome in the clan.
