Personality/story/ introduction:
Meet leapyear, a grumpy skydancer rogue. He's named that way for the fact he was born on a 'leap year'. Leapyear is a very busy dragon that doesn't want anything to do with other dragons and often kept to himself. It is unknown as to why he is so grumpy all the time, though many believe it has to do something with his past. One day however he meet with Charlene, an odd but very dangerous ridgeback dragon. He , admittedly, was weirded out by her at first, but over time ended up tolerating her and eventually love her. Now they have family of 7 kids, one who left the clan to join another.
His past is a dark one, one that involved the deaths of many of his family, a betrayal of one closes to him and his parents neglectance. He closed himself off from others, not trusting anyone. He is often tormented by nightmares of his past experience which adds to his already grumpy attitude. Unknown to all, Leapyear is actually quite unsure, insecure and paranoid , something he hides pretty well.

Charlene: He loves her and will do anything he can to protect her. He isn't exactly happy with her coming along with him when he has to travel for his job, out of fear she might get hurt. She ignores this however, much to his dismay.

Flowerdance:
He bares a great pride for his daughter, considering her to be his beautiful treasure! Needless to say he didn't enjoy the fact she decided to become mates with the odd mirror son of the clan leader. He had hoped she'd changed her mind, but when she ended up having kids with the mirror he knew he just had to accept defeat and let her do what she wished.
Nightfell:
His second oldest daughter. She has been a huge rebel and pain to him ever since she was little and has put her in her place many times, in the hope she would stop her rebelish behavior towards him and the rest of the family. This wasn't the case however. Unknowingly to him, she is rather unsure and wanted to become a stronger rogue then him (which was why she fought him so often) till one day she decided to try and leave the clan with her best friend. When he and the rest of the clan found out about this he was furious, feeling betrayed by his own child and attacked her , scaring her shoulder before other clan members hold him back , preventing him from causing more damage to his daughter. Even to this day he is rather bitter about her leaving the clan for another, considering it treachery . He wouldn't hesitate to strike at her should he ever see her again, Much to his oldest daughter and wife's dismay.
Tioala: the youngest daughter of his first clutch with Charlene. He hasn't talked to much to her, though her rivalry towards the clan's son plasma hasn't gone unnoticed to him and he is actually rather supportive towards it. He does have some pride and respect towards her, even though he wouldn't actually show it.

Seeing as he is his oldest son, Leapyear wanted to train him to become a warrior or guard , to ensure he can protect his future family should the time for it come. However It turned out that he was a lot like his mother in oddity and wasn't interested in becoming a guard or warrior at all, much to leapyears dislike.

Eldritch: His youngest son and while he is pleased with the fact Eldritch wanted to train with him, he can't help but feel uneasy around him.
Issabi: his second youngest daughter, and the one he severely wounded when he snapped during a raid. While he didn't admit it, he feels ashamed for what he has done to her. Despite this he doesn't want show any weakness to anyone, and continues to order and push the young ridgeback around. He is highly against Issasbi meeting Nightfell, claiming she will ruine her.
Shadestar: his youngest daughter. He doesn't spend much time with her and doesn't like how bossy she behaves to him. He often tries to 'teach her a lesson' but each time his wife intervened.
