backstory
- bio parents died when she was little because of bad weather. a family friend took her in and raised her
- found damien after a bad typhoon. helped him out and they've been friends since
- a few years later both vivian and damien came across twins on the outskirts of the clan. they took them both in before soething bad could happen
- took up the role of clan leader when the one before her died suddenly. she wanted to avoid someone with anti-magic stances taking the reins, having seen and learned what happened in other places
- did not handle the first few months in office well. it took a toll on her. developed a bad habit of forcing herself to do things on her own. thankfully close ones helped her out
- she's managing better. grateful the staff who's been around for a while is on her side

- diligent, straightforward. doesn't like to sugarcoat words
