Biography

None of the dragons know where Yazroz truly came from. The only hint of her origins lies in her shadowy eyes. They seem to be made of shadows, swirling perpetually in slow, hypnotic patterns around white pinpricks that are assumed to be pupils. Her vision is best at night, though she has yet to mention why. Her accent is strange, thick and heavy, and occasionally hard to understand. Her attire is tribal, with skulls and leather and beads and a mask to hide her face. To her entire clan, Yazroz really is a mystery. But at the same time, she is alluring and beautiful. Her glittering hide makes her a canvas of stars in the dark night and a brilliant shining sculpture in the day. The manner with which she carries herself speaks of mysterious powers and more knowledge of forbidden things than most dragons--save the Deities--have forgotten. Sharp claws are kept well-trimmed and deadly, fangs always gleaming white, scales always shimmering. She cares for her appearance, maintaining a very identifiable profile and surprisingly clean scent..

She is also quite dangerous if crossed. Bearing the connection to shadows that is her birthright, Yazroz ensures that any who dare to cross her know exactly what they are getting into. A few rude words--perhaps said in anger--receive a warning: the shadows at their feet move just enough to appear as little more than a trick of the light. Yazroz is not fool enough to mistake words said in the heat of the moment for true insult. Utter a threat to her, and the shadows close in to choke out light and sound for long enough to be uncomfortable. No one seems to have crossed her far enough to discover what happens after the shadows briefly suffocate the offender. The dragons aren't quite sure why. Perhaps they learn their lesson quickly enough not to do it again. But perhaps those who push her are simply never heard from again.

Yazroz appears to have no Charge, but shows no signs of a Guardian maddened by a failed Search, adding further to the mystery that surrounds her.
