Based on Raoul Ahladita of Zoooommxbies 3.

What happens to the children when the world ends? They will be forgotten, pushed back into the shadows. But one day, they will take what is theirs. Raouls parents died in the Dark Nights after the apocalypse and he was left to fight for his own. In Shengs Hope he became the leader of the children without parents, who lived in the IHS Ahladita, an old, rusting, dark ship.

He is a thief, a notorious stealer of food and hearts and a constant headache for Sheng and Wingman. But besides being the leader of the small gang of kids, he also has a huge crush on Shengs mute adopted daughter Haile.
After Hope's Fall wrote:
He was captured and tortured by Georgina McAldrin, Hailes older sister and subsequently turned into a spy for her. But after being rescued by Haile and after confessing his love to her, they worked together to stop Georgina from taking over the rest of the world. He was the one to kill her in the end - and so the young boy from Shengs Hope rose up to be a true hero. But he still was kind of an idiot.
