Biography
Linn scurried away, his heart beating too fast. He sighed internally. He didn't want to face it, but he had a crush on a Spiral who was far too old for him. People in Azfaige's court gave Alicia a lot of room - except for Linnaeus. To be fair, he hadn't a choice in it. The instant she heard there was a young alchemist on call, she summoned him to make all manner of makeup, diet drinks, and nail polishes. Just - the girlish gleam in her eyes while she talked about Topaz. Her grand gestures. The way she traced his arms and gave him sweets. I've got it bad, Linnaeus thought, and hastened to take Caelyn his medicine. The Coatl boy was looking better. More vibrant. The hulking, dark Imperial flicked sacridite-colored eyes toward Linnaeus, watching as he poured his bottles. "I'd like to try some of that potion before he does," Demetrius rumbled. "U - u - um. Okay." Linnaeus poured a separate carafe and watched the Imperial empty it down his throat with a grimace. "What is this vile nonsense for?" "Your stomach." "Mmm. Very well." Demetrius adjusted his whiskers. "He'll take it in half an hour, after I note the effects." He turned back to his arcane tome. End of discussion. Well. Alright. Linnaeus definitely thought those two were two of the stranger ones here. He wandered toward the Hall of Science, where his lab was. he was daydreaming about Alicia's smile. Then he paused outside the double doors. He could hear the Saints arguing inside the Great Hall. By Leopardmask (6/20/18)! |
