Ulthir was once a wandering bard that played at pubs and taverns that he stumbled across during his travels. He walked into Willowbrook with a bunch of merchants that were also wandering through the twisting pathways of the Midnight Forest and performed for the pub and inn run by Verglas and Carmen. He decided to stay for a number of reasons, for one he came into the employment of Quorra whom is a well paying employer and he found himself attracted to a melancholy researcher named Sona.

*the visitor enters the lair's pub, a warm atmosphere greets them as they are embraced by the change of smells and sounds. The lights are dimmer and there is a soft thrum of a lute playing through the conversations of the many dragons that filled the space. Their is a occasional clank or thud from the many drinks being lifted or placed down on the thick wooden tables.* *the source of the music came from a black and golden skydancer that sat alone upon a slightly raised area in the corner of the pub. His eyes were closed as he stroked the strings of his instrument. He was well dressed, wearing the traditional bards garb and accompanied by several butterflies that rested upon his wings without moving.* *the visitor wanders between the inhabited tables of the pub to sit in a chair by the little stage.* Any requests my dear patron? *the skydancer asks without opening his eyes, his claws never faltering in their rhythm.* *after a moment to think, the visitor offers a title of a song they were acquainted with. Seamlessly he alters the tune he is playing to the one the visitor had requested. The tune grows and soon his voice joins the dancing notes of his lute. Many of the patrons of the bar pause their conversations to look over at the stage, the skydancer's voice dominating the room now.* *the song ends and his lute continues in a slower melody. The dragons around the pub return to their conversations. Another skydancer walks strides over, her claws carefully balancing a tray filled with large wooden tankards. Her soft pink feathers made her stand out against the dark tones of the wood tables and the stone floor. As she approached she gave the bard a gentle smile.* Alright Ulthir its time for a break. Where are you going to sit? *The bard skydancer opened his golden eyes finally and gestured to the table were the visitor sat.* I'll sit with this patron here. *The waitress nodded and put two drinks on the table with a thunk before getting called over by another dragon. She nodded to the visitor and rushed off, the tray of drinks barely moving despite her quick movements.* *Ulthir climbs off the stage and sits down across from the visitor, taking a long drink for his tankard. The visitor takes a sip from the other tankard and is greeted by a fruity drink with a sharp after taste.* Ah, a wonderful drink to go with a beautiful song. Thank you for requesting it. *he gives the visitor a dashing smile* I, Ulthir bard of Clan Willowbrook, am very pleased to meet you this day. I hope your time here has treated you well. *he continues to sip his drink, looking at the visitor occasionally from over the rim of his tankard. He puts the drink down finally and takes a deep breath.* I shall have to compliment Carmen, this batch is quite pleasant. Much better then some of her experiments. *he chuckles* But she can have some good results. *some time passes and he finishes his drink and gets up from the table* I must return to my craft now. Thank you for your company. *he smiles and nods to the visitor and returns to his spot on the stage, his claws plucking at the lute in a new tune*
