Little is known about Stareater. She seems to exist only to serve her god. She takes in unwanted dragons Robin has found, trains, and exalts them endlessly. She is blind, but thinks it's just as well since others often say her students are too beautiful to spend their lives being warriors for the gods.

So long as her trainee is actually doing their best instead of trying to slack off, she is a patient mentor. However, this certainly doesn't mean you should test her temper's boundaries...
