Trickmurk is a shadowborn dragon born during the Trickmurk Circus. He has strong ties to both the Shadow and Plague flights. Oritta, his mate, travels with him to The Tangled Wood once a season to bear their offspring. This is an important journey for him, and all members of the Ashen Lexicon are very understanding. Trickmurk creates dozens of decorative trinkets for members of the Ashen Lexicon, and occasionally joins the other warriors in fights or hunts. He is a long-time friend of Starless.

Spirit

An aptly named Spirit of Shadow. This familiar was tamed during one of Trickmurk and Oritta's travels to the Tangled Wood. They are very curious and like to investigate everything and everyone within the Ashen Lexicon.

Sakura
The creativity that flows through Akikure has attracted many, Sakura among them. Before he joined the Ashen Lexicon, Sakura attended one of his old clan's festivals and the two shared a mutual crush since their eyes first met. It wasn't until Akikure received training under Starless that the two of them grew closer. Now, they are mates for life, and their dedication to each other is as strong as their dedication to every other aspect of their lives.

Paranight
Akikure and Paranight share a mutual admiration for each other's craft. Though Paranight did not bring Sakura and Akikure together, she did state that they made an excellent pair.
