Biography

10 gen
You stand in the Star Wood, admiring the sparkles glowing around you. Deep within, you feel the inner wisdom unlocking itself to your use within this forest, but you are cautious since you know what has become of those who have become lost within. You never heeded these warnings, and ventured deeper. Further and further you went, surrounding yourself with sparkling trees. You start to understand how the dragon world works. You begin to understand why leaders of clans do what they do, and why some things have to be the way they are. Suddenly, you get a sense that something was wrong. You look around and realize that you have no idea where you are. You groan. You turn around and head back in the direction you came... or so you thought. You step out of the wood to find yourself in the Wandering Contagion. A stench of something awful reaches your snout. You heave a sigh. Off in the distance, the sounds of leaves and undergrowth colliding with plague and rot echo near. You wander off in that direction, knowing that there is no other hope. You wander past clans of diseased dragons who glance up at you every now and then, but you take no notice. You just go closer and closer to what sounded like a fight. Between what? you ask yourself, and stop. You remember your father's tales, which spoke of the mighty Gladekeeper and Plaguebringer waging a terrible war on each other. You keep going, determined to witness the action for yourself and for the tablets of history. You find yourself at the border between Dragonhome and the Tangled Wood. There, you find nature and plague dragons fighting each other. The two deities are nowhere to be found, which was disappointing given you expected to see them here tonight. At least you have this chance to witness history...
After what seemed like an eternity, you stand from your place of rest to find the fighting suddenly stop. You have been taking notes this whole time and jot down this event. Off from the direction of Dragonhome, a shaking of stones and earth tremble the land. The Earthshaker rose from his earthen home, the ground shaking with his every step. He bellowed a deep roar as load as the lightning that strikes the Tempest Spire, the sounds of magic from millions of dragons within the Crystalspine Reaches, the strange noises of the Wyrmwound, the whipping wind of the The Twisting Crescendo, and the shifting of earth within The Shattered Plain combined. It rolled over hills and mountains and shook trees that have stood undisturbed for centuries. With a roar that split the sky, he bellowed, "CHILDREN OF THE PLAGUEBRINGER AND GLADEKEEPER! DEFILE MY EARTH, DO YOU? FIGHT AMONGST YOURSELVES BESIDE THE VERY PILLAR THAT UNITED US? I WILL NOT ACCEPT THIS! REMOVE YOUR PLAGUES AND OVERGROWTH FROM MY LANDS, OR LEARN NEVER TO FIGHT UPON MY HOME THE HARD WAY!" Dragons flew and ran from the Earthshaker's wrath as fast as possible. Even the snappers were moving at an incredible speed. You gather up your notes, put them in a satchel, and run off into the Tangled Wood. Now THAT was history. You get far enough into the wood to be alone. You take out your writings and scribble down the last of the events in great detail. Your pouch was packed, and when you looked around you, you thought, so far from home, so close to being a legend. You were pleased with your recording, and knew that when you submitted it, you would be a legend yourself. You travel deeper into the wood. You find a small clan of dragons and decide to join them. They ask if you heard the loud noise. You said that you witnessed the event firsthand and produce your notes. A few dragons stare in awe, and they put it into the clan vault. A messenger dragon comes in with a message. It said,

'Please do not mind what happened a few minutes ago. It was only a dispute between the Earthshaker and other dragons. We are fully aware that everyone from the Viridian Labyrinth to the Southern Icefield have heard it. We are working hard to fix the minor damages this has caused. We apologize to the Arcanist (who dropped their books), the Stormcatcher (who was overblown), the Lightweaver (who dropped a few things) and the Windsinger (whose kite was shaken). Again, we apologize.'

You laugh with the others. They welcome you as one of their own, as the wisest one in the den, and the one they could trust.
