Phyress

Early one morning Peya had set out on her daily patrol. She remembers the warmth of the sun reflecting off a dragon in the distance. She knew of only one dragon that the sun hit like that and that was her king Arc.

Peya proceeded cautiously, wondering if what her eyes saw was a trick.

After a long walk she came upon her, wandering lost along the outer edge of the shifting expanse.

Peya couldn't believe her eyes, for it was another lightning born.

Aproaching the dragon slowly she could see the white wings and shimmering glass covered belly. Knowing if it was truly a lightning born that she would need to be cautious. As they are the most powerful dragons known to lightning clans. Created by the Stormcatcher himself.

Pyress lifted her head to see a small green dragon approaching her with a distrustful yet curious look in her eye.
Stopping in her tracks she stood waiting to see what this dragon was doing way out on the edges of the expanse.
She herself was only out so far due to her clan abandoning her after she became to strong.

The green dragon spoke meekly asking if she was a true lightning born.

Pyress paused, hesitating to answer, what if this was a trick?

Peya quickly followed with, "My king is a true lightning born, he is the first lightning born."

Pyress was now intrigued. Another lightning born... She thought she was the only one.

Peya approached to get a closer look, and saw the mighty dragon shy away.

"My name is Peya. You can come with me, lightning born. You can come to the clan of the lightning born Arc."

Pyress had no where to go and figured she would go with this small dragon to see if what she said was true. After all she was in no danger, for Peya was no match against a lightning born.

As soon as Arc laid eyes on Pyress he knew she was to bee his queen. To rule his clan by his side.

To this day she sits by Arcs side. Ruling the First lightning born's clan. Peya their loyal guard and friend, will never forget the day she found her queen wandering the expanse alone.
