Oneiroi is a mischievous lad. With a few clever spells or perhaps one of Marva's coveted invisibility cloaks, he can sneak around and do a bit of snooping. It's usually nothing harmless, of course, but how else would he know what people were saying about each other? How else would he supply exactly what dragons need in a certain time, only to vanish a second later?
It's hard to balance between mischief and giving, but aside from the invisible headbutting of a few particularly impolite individuals, he manages the balance quite well. Just ignore that time he "accidentally" set a colony of fire ants loose in someone's home after seeing them cheat someone else out of their money. Or that time he pretended that there wasn't an Onyx Cobra behind someone who may or may not have Gembond now.
