Misery

Misery was abducted by Plague scientists and experimented on as a hatchling. He wasn't completely conscious during most of the most of the experiments, but he was still coherent enough to remember the pain. They had him fastened to a vertical board with his wings pinned up behind him, and his arms, legs, and tail bound. They hooked tubes up to his body, the injected him with needles, and they regularly cut him open. As a result of the experiments, he became stronger and more flexible than a normal Fae. Eventually he was able to get free from his bindings, and intended to escape right away. But he overheard the scientists talking about the Gen 1 egg they had stolen, and how useful it would be for their research. He couldn't let them do what they'd done to him to the egg, so he stole it and took it with him. The experiments had also resulted in a strain of a virus running through his blood, and all the sudden activity caused the symptoms to start appearing. He barely made it into Arcane territory before collapsing...Plasma happened to be in the area at the time, picked up on his pain, and brought him and the egg back to the lair. He recovered a few days later just in time to see Hope hatch, and now helps the clan's Medical Group out of gratitude. Any dragon that gets his blood in their mouth will quickly become infected with the virus he carries...
