Tumult

Since she was a hatchling, Tumult was an adventurer. Like most dragons in the clan, Toret found her as a hatchling and took her in. However, the motherly Tundra soon discovered that Tumult's rambunctious spirit and sense of adventure would be hard to keep in check.

Always, however, Tumult seemed to have an affinity for the weather. She could always tell when a storm was coming and warn the rest of the clan based on just the wind and clouds. That's how she got her name, after all. She even befriended a lone Stormseeker! When she was old enough, Alexsei appointed her as the head navigator. Tumult usually leads the clan ahead, sending word via stormseeker if there's any dangerous weather up ahead, and guides them accordingly.

She has a bitter rivalry with Xatia, the clan's unappointed explorer. Xatia and Tumult are constantly vying to lead the clan forward and often squabble about which way is the best to take.

Tumult met her mate, Borealis, not soon after she was taken in. Ordinarily, the rambunctious Tumult wouldn't have spared the shy, introverted Borealis a second glance. However, she seemed to notice how he watched the sky-- one of her favorite pasttimes-- and struck up a conversation. Soon, the two found themselves completely enamored with each other. Although Tumult is usually up ahead exploring, Borealis doesn't mind and waits patiently for his mate so they can talk about the night sky together.
