History:

Aranya, along with Ikaris, was found as a hatchling. However, she seemed to be the dead opposite of her talkative, quivering “brother.” She rarely spoke, even to Ikaris. Many of the dragons found her white, fish-eyed stare to be rather creepy. Sometimes, during a conversation, some dragons would turn around and find Aranya just staring at them silently. Even Toret found her unnerving!

Alexsei, however, first picked up on her hidden potential. One day, he took the Fae hatchling aside and asked her to tell him as much as she could about Sylbix, the clan’s elder and soothsayer. Without even blinking a ghostly white eye, Aranya rattled off Sylbix’s entire life story, some of the most recent conversations Sylbix had, who she had interacted with last, her darkest secrets—

Dumbfounded, Alexsei quickly stopped the hatchling. “How do ya know all this?” He growled, eyeing her suspiciously.

“I listen.” She answered in a quivery, silk-like voice with the standard Fae monotone. Despite her small stature, there was a dark power about the hatchling. She wasn’t afraid to get her claws dirty to get what she wanted. Quickly, Alexsei put the young hatchling to work as the head of espionage.

As she grew older, Aranya grew more talkative and slightly less creepy… though, if you ever need information, there isn’t a secret she doesn’t know of. She’ll be happy to share some with you… for a price, of course!~ Well, if you can’t pay up, Aranya has another talent: gambling. She always gives her customers a choice: either pay the correct price front up, or gamble for the information for no charge at all—well, if you win, of course. If you loose, well, you have to give Aranya one of your secrets… and she can always tell when someone is lying…
