Obsidian cares strongly for her mother, she never told her everything that happened to her, but despite that she feels the things she experienced.
After they had to leave their old lair, she was trying her hardest to find a new lair to settle in permanently, and her search lead her to New Moon, as if by the windsinger's will.

Yoro had always been a kind dragon caring for her if Wisp was busy, and the two would play board games and talk about stories for hours.
She often comes visiting him if he is working at the infirmary to bring lunch, or to talk to him while he relaxes from the straining work.

Her work always fascinated Obsidian, the ability to turn raw chunks of gemstone into shining faceted jewels felt like magic, and Hallucination enjoys seeing her surprise.
While not as close to Obsidian as Yoro, she still loves joining the two for games and fun, especially when her other friends are around.

She quickly became friends with Denny, as she was one of the only few other dragons in the lair around her age.
By now there's a few more, but Denny was the first she considers a close friend, and the two are inseperable when causing trouble in the lair.

Valerie was a bit shy at first, but through being together with Denny she quickly began trusting Obsidian, and opened up her cheerful self.
While she may not be interested in causing mischief like Denny, she still loves spending time and going on adventures, or just playing games together.

Shyllantham and her excitement for decorations quickly caused Obsidian to be friends with her, and the two even planned a Windsinger celebration together.
Thanks to her being the daughter of one of the bakers she's also an endless supply of tasty leftovers, and always has some treats ready.
