Sheeda

Skittle and Magnum's firstborn. Officially, the clan isn't a monarchy: bloodlines don't guarantee leadership will be inherited. Everyone at Snapdragon Steppe, however, has reached the unspoken agreement that Sheeda is clearly the next in line for the role of clan matriarch. The clan itself is her ward, so she manages the clan's day-to-day affairs with unwavering devotion. Sheeda is the one who organizes the gathering parties in order to ensure the larders are always well-stocked. Sheeda is the one who plans the layout when the lair is expanded, so that each part is structurally sound and comfortable. Sheeda is the one who instructs all the young ones in the art of self-defense, and Sheeda is the one who makes daily patrols of the clan's territory to ensure all is well.

Responsible, patient, and dearly fond of little ones, Sheeda would seem to have the makings of a devoted mother. She, however, has only allowed herself the time to breed twice -- and one of those times was a diplomatic arrangement with another Wind clan. Snapdragon Steppe is her first love, and so those little personal things are largely not regarded as a priority.
