Biography

KATMAI.
arcane_0.png Being a Mana Caldera, Katmai was once turned to stone. This may sound frustrating and alarming, and Katmai would be the first one to tell you that it absolutely was. The worst part, however, was not knowing if or when it would wear off.
A few hours passed, and Katmai was not having the best time. All this time passing doing nothing was making the Wildclaw very twitchy, or it would if rocks could twitch. Eventually, he decided he had absolutely had enough and began running his magic through his petrified scales. 6059.png
arcane_2.png The unexpected happened at this point. Katmai's magic, contained with the rest of him in his stone prison, could not escape at first. When it did, it did with a bang. Bright arcane energy surged out of his back and wings, smaller bursts crystallizing on contact with the air while his wings and feathers still remained aglow and pulsing with energy.
Looking down, he found his scales still stone, but he was capable of moving just fine. He chuckled. Close enough.
