Iris

A strange, haunting giggle floats through the air, yet no source for the sound can be seen. A gentle breeze and a slight shimmer in the air are the only clues that Iris could even be present.

She exists as a mystical creature, one made entirely of light, capable of completely disappearing in all but the strongest of sunlight. In darkness, there is no light to catch her ethereal form and thus she is rendered entirely invisible, save for the soft breeze the signifies her movements.

Should she come to trust an individual, she will appear before them in her "physical" form, that of a young woman with alabaster skin and soft lavender hair. Her eyes gleam a bright, sunflower yellow in even the dimmest light and she is rarely seen without a small grin on her face. Her choice of attire is generally light, flowy garments, garb that would be more fitting to desert inhabitants than anything else. The garments are generally light beige in color, with accents of lavender that match her hair.

Her "body" isn't tangible, unless she wishes it to be. Her clothing and flesh are only illusions, though she does have the power to interact with the physical world. Doing so takes a good bit of effort on her part, however, and it is rare for her to do so. She is capable of moving instantaneously in areas lit by sunlight, and between such areas as well, using the sunbeams as her own private roadways. In areas not lit by sunlight, she can glide easily through the air.
