Soft of heart, yet bitterly cold to the touch: Celeste is a most peculiar denizen of the woods. Her eyes are clear, empty. Smile as faint as a breeze of snow. Yet somehow her core preserves a heat as intense as the sun. It gives her a conscience; it gives her emotions, and life. Other snow spirits are doomed to curse the living that cross through their forests. Celeste wishes it wouldn't be so, as her mind remains naive to the cold nature of the waking world.

Seeing as others of her kind lack a conscience, Celeste yearns for friendship. Her closest companions are Agrippa and Kuromori, spirits like herself with similar origins but of different natures. She would love to find her place in the outside world, to explore and learn ways aside from her own. Yet her form is too weak to handle travel, forcing her to stay at the place of her birth. Kuro ventured out in her place, seeking a way to free Celeste from her shackles. He periodically visits her to share what he’s learned from the outside. From her ignorance stems kindness, leaving Celeste vulnerable to those with malicious intentions. Kuro’s overprotective of her as a result, yet Celeste doesn’t understand the extent of his feelings.
